Do we need a stamp to send documents to OCPM by post?

Hi, I will be leaving Geneva soon and would like to inform OCPM about my departure. I plan to send my documents by post to OCPM. My question is, do I need to put stamp on my mail?

..not sure I understood about the  stamp,  but  better to send  as a registered letter (une lettre recommandée) which the OCPM will lhave to sign on reception. It is more expensive than a standard letter but you will be  given a receipt which you should keep as proof that it arrived there.
