Doesn't even have to speak English.

There is one in Ferney-Voltaire called Feu-Vert. I know ıt is not the direction you r asking but I remember my colleagues were happy with the results there.
You can take bus F to go there.

Sometimes I go to Ferney side to change tyres (winter to summer and back). Euromaster is the best, no need for appointment, usually they are very quick and reasonable prices. But unfortunately they don't do anything else except change tyres.
Will give feu-vert a try, bus F goes between Ferney and Place des Nations I believe.

Btw, I have been to Pit Stop garage in Vernier. They are pretty good but the place is small place, no waiting area and no public transport around that area. It is in the middle of nowhere. Went once but didn't go back since.
