Hi, I was looking for the same information, these are my results:

http://www.salsageneva.com/

http://www.dancearea.ch/

http://www.evaespoleta.com/Ecole_de_Tango_2009/Bienvenue.html

I haven't checked them yet, so not sure about the language. Do you have something to share?

I don't know of any courses in English, apart from the glocals salsa courses. However, I think most dance teachers will except non-French speakers, and they'll try to add translations to English.

But anyway, you don't need much French to follow a dance course, and if there's something you don't understand, just ask your partner. Think of it as a good oppotunity to practice your French, however lacking it may be.
