I used to have a list of property maintenance repairs that a regie must do within a certain timeframe. For example, I believe they have to repaint the property after 10 years if the tenant asks. Have looked on the Asloca website but they do not give the time frame nor the extensive list of repairs that a regie is responsible for. Any help on this would be most welcome.
