Does anyone hunt? Boar and Deer?

As above does anyone hunt from the Geneva (Swiss or French) area? Ideally stalking for the kitchen.

Found a few places online but they seem very established, formal and extremely expensive.

Thanks

You will need a hunting licence to do this in Switzerland... which as usual involves exams and expenses... topics include forestry and husbandry and ecological issues. Without that licence you wont be allowed to point a gun at an animal.

Valais and Graubunden are the two main places for this.

France and Austria and the Black Forest in Germany are your best bets, but as you say the German and Austrian hunts are very formal.
