Hello there,

 I would love to take Fido in, but I can only take him from the 17th onwards. I have a dog who loves to have the company of other dogs, so it would nice to have a friend for a while.

Thanks to everyone and your quick responses. We have found someone to take our pooch and are now ready for our vacation. We are grateful for everyone's help and appreciate all of the response we have recieved.
