Why not contact the Drawing Together Group to see if they can help.

Hi Matina, what kind of drawing classes did you want to follow? Character/people, landscapes, any specific subject or just general drawing techniques?

Hi Martina,
I think you're looking more into a designing course rather than actual drawing (though I'm sure some basic drawing techniques would help in what you're wanting to do).
I unfortunately don't know a designing course in Geneva (and if there are any, I don't know if they are any good). Maybe someone else will chime in with more information.
I'm self-taught and I do dabble in designing. I think if you're wanting to design bags, you should learn how to do it digitally (ie with drawing software and computer or tablet) as it is much quicker to create several variations of the same/similar design quickly, rather than having to re-draw from scratch.
If you want to design bags professionally, I don't think you have a choice but to actually follow a certified course. Maybe at the IFAGE?

I take evening drawing classes at ifage and pretty happy with the teaching there. Here are the courses they have:
https://www.ifage.ch/offre/creation-visuelle/design
The classes are in French so if you are not fluent you need to check if the teacher is ok with that (but in my experience it's not a big obstacle)
The class I took several times was the "academie et personnages" (ie they have a live, nude model there). I would recommend it for drawing basics, although in the end it depends on what you want to do.
Note that not all classes on the site would actually take place, they need at least 4 students to sign up for a class, but they should offer alternatives if there's an issue. Also the classes are quite long and require concentration, which is really a good thing but if you're working all day sometimes it's difficult to work up the courage to go to a 2 or 3 hour class :)
I also heard of the Geneva design school near the station (http://www.hesge.ch/head/en) but never been there
