They're the higher-end sister company of 5-a-sec, and one of their selling points is that they can guarantee cleaning of expensive / delicate items.
They cost a little more than "standard" dry cleaners, but they're worth it for expensive items

I really do recommend them as they are good quality coats (with rather dear price tag), depsite having become a 'mainstream' label. They're designed for artic weather so it's tad ridiculous wearing them in Geneva, though I guess it means I don't need to wear as many layers in the Winter.
