Does anyone know if there is any other place in town where i can get my cash refund? or is the airport the only place? like maybe the Cornavin train station??

I recently went shopping duty free in Monte Carlo and tried to get the duty refund at the NICE airport. they customs officer told me I had to get the stamp at the french side of Geneva airport. So I got my forms stamped, but by the time the plane landed, the American Express cash window was already closed.

You can get your cash refund at any Amex counter in town. There's for sure one at the airport and there should be another one in center geneva (mont blanc something). Try google for Amex counters in Geneva or Amex echange etc and give them a call. They speak english :)
