There are a few handyman services offered on Glocals who do custom carpentry jobs. I've used Mike (http://www.hiremyhusband.ch/) for a plumbing job and he was excellent. Reasonable prices and extremely firendly and helpful. I'm sure building a drum riser is a relatively simple and quick carpentry job, so I would shoot him an email for an estimate.
