I won't guarantee that they speak English; I've always dealt with them in French. They are the only electricians I will use. I have had multiple good experiences with them. They do come out and give an estimate first sometimes and then come back to do the work, so double check when you call. I have found their work to be excellent and reasonably priced.

rue de Carouge, 022 8099800. People I know have used their services and were happy about it. They even went back home to check if the electrician was working (or if he was just relaxing and still counting it as working hours!), and no bad surprises!
