My bike I brought with me from the states has a terminal condition I can't explain or show in my limited French to the guy in Prevessin. Are there any bicycle (not motorbike) shops that speak good english?

Hi! I'm looking for the same. I have been recommended Bike Switzerland, in Grottes http://www.bikeswitzerland.com/
I have not been myself yet though so can't give a personal recommendation..
