Well seeing as no one seemed to know one I thought I would put on here the notaires we have found for future reference if any one is looking. They are very helpful and most of them speak english. Just ask and they will put you through to one that can speak english.

thanks for posting this...I wish I had read this before. in my experience notaires don't speak any other language except their own. The rudeness training leaves no room in their lives for much else.
