English speaking jobs Geneva

Hi guys

Does anyone know any companies that recruit english employees, my french isn't quite good enough but  I know a few people that work in Geneva and commute from Chamonix for work and this appeals to me? I too live in Chamonix but searching for better prospects longterm.

All advice welcome

Thanks

Re: English speaking jobs Geneva

Most office jobs in Geneva require Qualifications AND experience, plus excellent references from previous jobs.  The vast majority of office workers can speak pretty decent English, so English on its own is unlikely to land you a job.  There are thousands of English mother tongue workers in Geneva, so English on its own is nothing special.  In many firms it won't be a disadvantage if your French is mediocre.

Unless you have some special skill to offer, i can't see Geneva firms hiring someone living in Chamonix.
