Enter Europe with the Legitimation Card

I am an non-EEA national who's doing an internship here in Geneva. Right now, I am planning on going home (Beijing, China) for Christmas and then spend some times in France before getting back to work.

My biggest problem is if I could enter France with my Legitimation Card/Entry Permit (which is still valid, looks like a Schegen but with a CH on it) straight from China and it's creating a bit of headache in buying (almost already gone) flight tickets.

Is there anyone who's familar with this and willing to help?

Hi Shaotong,

As far as I know ,for as long as your carte de legitimation is still valid you can use it to travel in Schengen states. It may still be wise to confirm with human resources Department in the Organizatrion where you are doing the internship.

Hi Shaotong

Yep as long as your carte de legitimation is with you and still valid, you can enter any Shengeen State with it.
