Do you know about http://www.bumpsnbubs.com/ It not just a website but a real group, regularly meeting. All moms are English speaking, nice crowd.
There is also:
Infant & Toddler Playgroup / Les enfants en bas âge you can search and find at www.meetup.com. I have never been to an event but I know there are regular English speaking moms there as well.
