Family friendly hotels in Geneva
Hi!  I actually don't arrive yet to Geneva til 1 January but my family will be coming to visit during Holy Week in April (starting 9 April).  I figure it is best to reserve accommodations soon so was wondering if any of you had tips of family-friendly places.  We're a family of four, and my father is 75 years old so I am looking for a place that's comfortable, central, and near public transport.  And not too expensive either.

I am also open to a homestay if anyone knows where I can find folks renting their homes per day while they are away.

Thanks for any tips,

Cheryl.

Try Hotel Bel Esperance (you can google it).  Reasonably priced, great roof-top view of Geneva, just at the foot of the Old Town and a couple of blocks from the main tram  lines of numbers 12, 16, and 17.  I have friends that have stayed there on two visits to town and they liked it...:)
