I was also looking for fencing classes and found some stuff. I emailed the people on that webpage ages ago and they said they speak English (some of them). I havent gotten around to it go there yet though. Probably September but if you want more details tell me.

 Here is the reply to the email i sent. When you do decide to go sent me an email and i will come too :)

Our club only does épée. The best time is monday
from 4 till 7.30, tuesday from 6.30 till 9.30 and friday from 6 till 8. The
costs are Sw fr. 100 for entering in the club + 125 for the licence + 875 for
the fees (one private lesson every week + being member and coming when you
want during the hours).
Come one day and speak with Maître Cagnet. He
speaks english good enough.
