Servette is neither central nor "right behind the train station" as they state. No word on the space, no actual photos, hard to see the value so far. Waiting until they open and somebody reports back.

i read that there will be no staff at all ( except a facility manager on Monday–Friday from 12.00–14.00 and 17.00–19.00 ) . it's a members only gym, where you have to enter with your accesscode and a fingerprint. on their facebook page is a picture of the space in renovation and the delivery of the brandnew excercise equipment. thats all i could find for now.

and by the way, i made a mistake, apperantly its opening in 15 days, not hours. sorry for that.

The 24/7 opening is a bit odd. Who needs to work out at 3am?! Sounds a bit dangerous. Even if they have cameras etc. it doesnt sound safe! What if someone slips and falls after their 3am shower! No one will find them until 12:00?! I'm sure they have camera's but not in the shower and changing room I hope!

Can anyone say whether it is legal not to have a qualified instructor/manager on duty at all times?  In similar fashion to, say, swimming pools?

Actually this is nothing new. 24 hour gym's excist already everywhere in the world.  Even Switzerland has a handful.
