I know that if I want to get of my tenancy early I have to provide my regie with at least one suitable replacement tenant. My question is does anyone have any good ideas about where to find one? I have an advert on here, Wrs and Anibis and have of course spread the word amongst friends and colleagues but has anyone else used another way or know of any other websites I can try? I can't afford to be paying two rents so need to find someone as soon as possible!
