i know that there are games organized on the weekends but not sure about after work. let me know if something gets setup. i would be interested in participating in a little after work footie; there's a few places it can be done in town - like the "Varembé" sporting complex by the UN for example

There is a game every saturday morning at Vessy.  I went at the weekend and was good.  Got about 20 players in the end so worth coming down for a game

I would join too for a 5 a side football match during the week. Except for tuesdays that I train with Gland F.C. I usually finish at work after 18:00, most of the days even 18:30 so if people can play at 19:00 or 19:30 I would definitely join. Let me know....

To answer on other comments I would definately be interested in another game through the week.  7.30pm onwards would be the best time for me, however as Im new to the area I wouldnt know the best place to go for a 5/7 aside pitch

Im himesh ive recently arrived from the UK and I want to play 5/7 a side football!

I would like one of each preferably, back at home I used to play 4 times a week, one of which was a power league and the other a 5 aside league.

I need to play... im building up my fitness at the gym in the meanwhile because ive been out of footie for 3 months now

I've been playing on Sat with the Glocals for a while and its good fun - But i'm up for a midweek 5 a side game too.

I've seen a few posts looking for this so might take it on myself to organise. I live near UN and there's a pitch close by so i will ask if it's possible to book.

I'm in Geneva Mon-Thurs most weeks and would definitely be up for a game whenever I'm here. I used to play every week but now I've had to start running to ward off the fat and the sooner I can find an excuse to stop, the better.

So let's léook for an indoor pitch to organize a football indoor game every week, no? But we have to be careful in fiding the place, a the major schools who rent the place are very small/bad. Handball pitch is the perfect one, with the same measures as indoor football (futsal).

I'm from the United States and have played with a club there (where women's soccer is actually organized well) for a number of years, but have frustratingly found nothing in Geneva. I´ve been attending the group managed by Chris for 2 weeks now however, I would be interested in playing more than once a week. I do not know if you guys have already looked for a gym or some outdoor pitch to play on but I rather would not recommend you the gym in Sismondi college since the ground is pretty slippy there (I can assure you there is no problem with my shoes, they are almost new). Well, if you haven´t and you are still looking for both, playground and players to attend I would love to join you and I can help you in doing a research for some places to play as well.

I've just arrived in Geneva from India. I am interested in football, both playing and watching. I underwent an Anterior crucial ligament (ACL injury) reconstruction surgery and so cannot play for a while but i've been desperately trying to make some friends with ppl who watch and play football.
