Located on the 6th floor, the apartment is fully furnished, bright, right next to the Terrassière tram stop and the Eaux-Vives shopping center (Coop, Migros, Fust, Decathlon, etc.). You will be sharing the apartment with another flatmate. The apartment includes:
2 bathrooms
1 balcony
1 large living/dining room
washing machine, laundry machine, all utilities
lots of space and storage.
Rent: 1350.- + 75.- utilities / month.
The rental runs until December 20, 2025, with the possibility of extension until June 2026.
Viewings only upon presentation of a complete application.
