There’s a florist on the corner of rue des Eaux-Vives and rue 31 décembre (near the Scala cinema) which is open on Sunday mornings.


The florists at Cornavin railway station and the airport are open all day.


The Migros at the airport railway station also has cut flowers and a few potted plants.

Not sure exactly what the purpose of buying the flowers is, but have you considered buying on Saturday and keeping overnight in water?.  That way you can buy anywhere and have them properly gift wrapped.  


Obviously will not work if it is for family
