There are many free mixes on soundcloud, mixcloud, these kind of websites.
You'll just have to spend a bit of time searching for them.
Also there is a nice radio station that plays nice chilled house, its called ''ibiza sonica'' you can listen to that on streaming at work.
There is also B@TV, you can watch live gigs on streaming and gigs that have been recorded, so you can watch some of your favs :-)
