Friendly Lawyer anyone?

Hello, I need to prepare a letter of my experience at work, and I need help with formalizing the letter.  Does anyone know English speaking lawyer who wouldn't cost much as I am just a secretary. Thank you.

you don't ( or shouldn't ) need a lawyer for this. your present and previous emplyers (in switzerland) are required by law to furnish you with a work certificate. the requirements of this certificate must contain

your name

date of birth

working dates

title and function

job description

how well you accomplished these tasks

and that you are free from any restrictions related to employment.

be aware that employers (HR people ) use a coded language to hide the true meaning in the text, however, if you are not satisfied with what they say, you may ask them to rewrite it as many times as required to achieve satisfaction.

all the best

Thank you Roger for your reply. Well, my case is a bit different. I didn't want to mention on the Forum is that I am writing the letter to HR on the mobbing and discrimination I am experiencing at the current section, where I work. I need a lawyer's help for I don't know how to prepare the formal letter especially for this situation.

Try Ed Flaherty on flaherty AT sfalegal DOT com (speaks English).

Ed is a lawyer specialising in work-place issues. He helps mainly UN employees, but I'm sure he can help anyone. He's competent, reasonable on prices, and a very nice guy.

Good luck!
