I would recommend the Winchester pub on Route de Meyrin.  Very exclusive, hip crowd of international ppl.

In Geneva:

Most English or Irish Pubs: Clubhouse, Mulligans, 7 Arts, Mr Pickwick, Lady Godiva

La Terasse

Club/Lounge: Capocaccia and Quirinale on Thursdays, Shakers

PS: something wrong with the Swiss?

Don't forget the Kempinsky hotel "terrace floor" and of course Le baroque on the place Fusterie...

For wine bars: soleil rouge, rouge et blanc, and my favourite Nonolet

...and I could continue :)

The bar at Kempinsky is closed for renovation. As for the other places that you mentioned, although you probably can find foreigners (after all, this is Geneva) - they are a little more "local".
