Gerpar - experiences good or bad??

Hello

I was just wondering whether anyone had any experience with the Gerpar residences. I've had a pretty extensive trawl through the internet but aside from their own site (and one bad review on tripadvisor from 2011), i haven't found anything - barely even a photo of the studios.

I'm thinking about taking one of their studios and so any advice/opinions/stories/experiences would be greatly appreciated. Photos will even earn you a drink when i arrive to geneva!

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael,

I was wondering if you have taken the apartment at Gerpar. I am moving to Geneva in a week and considering it.

Thanks.

I moved to Moleson a week ago. The studio is really really tiny but i think it s common here. But it s centrally located. I dont think it's that bad except that it's a bit old.

Hey,

thanks for your reply Mahlet, I'll probably take the room then! Smile

@Marcy - Gespar is constantly booked out and tenants have to announce their depature 1 month in advance. That means, if you want to rent a room from the 1st of November you have to contact them on the 1st of October and so on..

Good luck!

Marcy, I think you should keep on trying. As Mortiz said they take people in at the beginning or middle of the month, keep on emailing them or even call and talk to them.

Good luck.
