Hi
Can one get a contract mobile number (ie not a pay as you go card) without having a swiss work permit etc?
Do they require proof of address etc to get a contract?
What are the best value for money networks? Orange, Swisscom or Sunrise?
Thanks

Hey, I might have a solution for you... All you would need is a valid ID and a valid credit card (for the guarantee, but payments can be done by a bill).
Do you know how long you need the phone for? The place I know usually does a year-long contracts, but they might work something out for you..
Just send me a private email, and I'll let you know.

..And I live in the center of Geneva.. :-(
Swisscom is the most expensive of all, but best coverage.. And even they have an option where you can pay 50 cents per hour if you call other Swisscom numbers or landline phones..
