Getting to Berne

Does anyone know of any other way to get from Geneva to Berne besides the train? I need to go the 22nd just for the day and 92chf seems way too expensive.

since there is no plane or ship connection, the option could be a car. although i heard about some possibility to hire a small plane with a pilot for a flight inside CH
concerning trains - why 92 chf? don't you have a 1/2-abo? anyway, there are other alternatives like Click&Rail, Swiss Travel System Pass or Community Day Pass (Tageskarte Gemeinde)

One option is to take someone along who has a half price pass. Migros has a deal on at the moment where two of you can travel for CHF 54 for the day (going from memory on the price so check it). One of the two people has to have a half price pass and you have to leave GVA after 9:00. Those are the only two restrictions.
