I returned to Jek's place on rue de Fribourg near the train station yesterday for the first time in several years. The food is Singaporean/ Thai, and it is really great. The owner is there to welcome you. Try it you won't regret it

PHO-> La Maison d'Asie, rue de la Servette (good PHO, don't expect the best service, just go to enjoy the dish! Good price!)

Also, there is a Vietnamese restaurant and shop (food items for cooking) across the border in France (near Veyrier). The restaruant is, by most accounts (including mine!) mediocre, but the shop they have is supposed to be really good. :-)

Cho Lon -> 41-43 rue de Zurich, cheaper at lunchtime. They take only cash and also have a terrace.

Just wondering if anyone has anything to add or update on this thread? Hopeing to have some decent Vietnamese over the holidays and wondering which place in Geneva was the best bet for a great meal...
