Hello, Rula!
I'm a bit of a Chinese cuisine lover, so I have some tips for you.
I love Le Thé, a small, cozy dim sum and tea specialized restaurant at Plainpalais (there are some pics and more info at the post I wrote about it on my weblog: http://jhabiteageneve.wordpress.com/2013/08/21/restaurants-in-geneva-the-chinese-le-the/).
My second favorite is Le Bistrot Chinois (Route de Florissant 19, +41 22 346 47 58). It's not very fancy, but don't let it fool you... They have the best spring rolls I tried in town!
I wouldn't recommend, on the other hand, the Les Trois Bonheurs, a very nice looking Chinese restaurant just a few steps from the Bistrot Chinois - they have a very nice decor, but the dishes taste like a French version of Chinese food...
As for home delivery, I don't have any good experiences here in Geneva to share :(.

I like the "China Garden" on the Rue de Budé. I couldn't tell if it's good to a specialist, but I find it delicious.

Better fir home delivery try Hungky
Hi Cintia, Rula,
I really don't want to disappoint you. The only words in your post that I would agree are "French version of Chinese food". And I would rather generalize as "EU- or western-version of Chinese food". - You may come to this conclusion if you have a short stay in China and taste the local restaurants there. Even if you have a chance to visit the “canal street” area in NewYork, you will see the food is different from what we have here as Chinese food… :)
Indeed, that’s disappointing for Chinese food lovers.
Bon appétit anyway!

I like Hungky as well, though I never tried their home delivery.
If you want something higher-end, I've been to the Chinese restaurant in the Kempinski a few times and really enjoyed it each time. I don't know how authentic the food is, but it tastes excellent to me.

Try the dimsum at Mandarin, (not Mandarin Oriental). The dinners aren't as good but the dimsum is good by Geneva standards. They serve a lot of authentic dishes and offer a menu in Chinese.
