they're open on everyday from 10 am to 6.45 pm, and until 8 pm thu-sat and until 6 pm on sundays. look it up on google maps they are litteraly 1 minute away from the train station.
if you want to be 100% sure that they have crackers in stock you should call in advance to check.

Thank you Gleb! We also found out the Cheesecake Co. at Plainpalais might be willing to sell us graham crakers crumbs.
