Great appartment available near lake as of May 1st 2012.


I'm moving out so i'm looking for near tenant who likes to stay in lively posh area and like parties on weekends 


Size: 70 sqm, 3 rooms (1 bedroom, 1 living-dining room, 1 kitchen with bar stand, entry hall, bathroom, separate toilets). Unlike most flats in Geneva, this one comes with kitchen equipment such as oven/stove/fridge and even with dish-washing machine. Appartment was fully renovated this year.


Location: 7 mins walking distance to the central railway station, 2 mins to the lake, 1 min to sport bar


Rent: current rent is 1'950 CHF / month with charges (hot water/heating etc) at 150 CHF
