Well if you see one in Geneva's sky, it's normal, it's here to support the border guards and it patrols also in order to prevent burglaries in villa areas - on the rise during the summer, especially in Perly, in La Croix-de-Rozon or Satigny. (I'm not sure how it can help about the burglaries...)
