There is a gym at Piscine des Vernets, you can swim and use the gym for around 12CHF. Bear in mind that you get what you pay for, in terms of the equipment. They may also offer collective classes, you'd need to check.

i guess Silhouette is considered to be not super expensive. ..and they have different gyms in different locations, so you can choose which suits you best. Otherwise try vitam parc but it's in france.

There's a gym called American Fitness that I don't think is expensive. There's a promotion going on until the end of April where you pay 699 fr once  for the year or 75 francs per month. There's also dance schools n stuff that might be cheaper and still give you great exercise, but I'm not sure how much those cost. I found out about gyms on this site
