There are always au pairs advertised on the classifieds section of glocals and on WRS. Or alternatively you could advertise yourself. Obviously make sure they have references! They do not provide au pair but have plenty of nannies and day care mom.

Hi! There's a group on facebook called LiNK - the aupair connection 2012-2013! I think it's not difficult to find a girl there, and most of them are already living near Geneva.

The LINK- is good also, but u can get usually very young and not so hard working au-pairs. They want everything and good salary,but not doing so much back and always make some trouble and complaining too much about "bad" family and etc, so its better to take 25-30 years young women who has some experience with kids and good reference from pre fam and pay them a bit more than 18 y young girl without anything!

Have to think about kids safety and what they like and want, not only what parents can offer or who they think it would be good for they kids . This is the main problem.
