Hi Julie-Ann.

Would your partner be able to do a small plumbing job by fitting a T connection to the cold water pipe on the hand sink water supply and a T connection to the  waste outlet ?   I will need to connect a washing machine.  I live in Saconnex d Arve.   Best regards ,  Roger.

Are you renting?

If so, you might want to have an expert do the plumbing for your washing machine. I believe that if you do this on your own and "something" goes wrong further down the road, your household insurance will not cover you for the water damage because it wasn't done by a plumber.

Just be careful out there...
