Finally will be moving into an apartment in January and I need some painting done, some lighting fixtures etc sorted out. They are not massive jobs I know but getting time to do it myself is difficult and I'll only make a mess of it - past experience being remembered here!
Can any of you guys give me any suggestions where I can find someone.

This guy does it all. I used his services, and he's great.
However, he only speaks French and German.
