Health Insurance...Where? In English.

I've contacted Zurich via the Glocals ad and found them a bit slow... as with most services in Switzerland that you pay for they either go for lunch for two hours or take their own sweet time to provide the quote/service/receipt/delivery etc... I guess it's a price we pay for having mountains and lakes on our doorstep! You can't have everything.... anyway...

I'm looking at alternative options for high franchise/low premium health insurance - and I'd be extremely grateful if someone could provide me with a name and number of 'A bloke who will get it sorted' - or woman - without all this calling, waiting, emailing, waiting, call again, go to the bloody moon and back Lord Lucan delivery service!

How hard can it be? So...A bottle of nice wine for a good recomendation that results in a quick quote, payment, job-done sign-up!
