Health Insurance to change - any one that is NOT recommended?

I am going to change my current health insurance from SWICA to any one else. Because SWICA is too expensive with poor service by making mistakes, slow responses of claim, unclear guidelines etc...

I know there are many options to choose, however are there any one that is NOT recommended from your experiences? Are there any good tips to know when negotiate?

I am going to meet a few insurance, what I want is only the basic ones and plus the dental if it is not too expensive.

I have checked www.1contact.ch and they really have competitive Health Insurance rates..

I have the same issue with SWICA. I got a very good offer form CSS. I am not sure if they are so good, but the price gives me the same cover as SWICA at the price I was paying before (so it makes me feel like there hasnt been an inflation).

I just hope CSS is good!

I use CPT at the moment but will be changing to Assura this year. I was explained to that some of these insurances are just expensive for nothing. thats why it is good to have a consultant explain the different ones.
