Hello everyone.

I will be doing my internship at the UN for 6 months and required to have a health insurance. Could anyone advise the cheapest insurance available?

I also have German insurance, is it possible to use it on the territory of Geneva?

Cheapest is Assura.

You can use your German insurance in CH to claim back money from it, BUT Swiss law mandates that anyone staying in CH for more than 3 months get local health insurance.

Check with the UN HR people. There might be a possibility to subscribe to the UN health insurance scheme for your internship. It might be much cheaper than the swiss health insurance..
