Help! How to get rid of a fridge and stove.

Help! I am moving in a few days and I have an old fridge and a stove to get rid of. They are not in good enough condition to give to one of the charities in town (I have them coming to get other things).

I don't have a car and I am not strong enough to move them myself -- nor do I have strong friends with trucks. I tried calling the city, but they told me I must take them to an electronics store.

I have been told that any electronics store must take them, but how to get them there? Does anyone know the Geneva equivalent of man with a van?

You have to check with your concierge when is the next collection of "objets encombrants" in your area. Is once a month. !

If you don't get any other suggestions you could maybe ask your concierge if they know someone who could do it for a reasoable price. They generally know a whole rnetwork of people..
