With the weather forecast looking great for the weekend, I think it's time to take advantage & head up to the Saleve. Been doing some search on the forums & on the web this morning, but no joy....
Can anyone recommend some hiking routes for ascending La Saleve?
Found one which looked perfect, but said that it requires ropes to climb the face, & I don't have equipment or the experience for that.

I'm looking for something with medium difficulty, up to about 4 hours in length. Any suggestions or link?
Cheers

Hello Mark,
Don't know if you've already seen this link,
http://www.destination-montagne.ch/En/Articles/Paths_of_Saleve.html
but hope it helps.
There's also this association who conducts free hikes to the Saleve every Sunday.
http://www.rando-saleve.net/
Hope this helps.
Patricia
I love the Saleve!
