Is there any way how to legalize my family in Switzerland if they would like to move here from Sweden?For example, my mom is retired, so there is no way she could get a workpermit here. I hold permit B.

If you are a EU EFTA B permit Holder you have th elegal right to import your family, ie spouse, kids, and also your immediate parents, SO LONG as you have living quarters that will accomodate them and a income that can support them.
The spouse/kids and parents will get a permit based on yours.

Charlie's right! However you don't say if your B permit was issued because of employer or because your spouse is Swiss national ? This might make a big difference and easier issue
