How can I cut the lock off my bike?

So, I stupidly bought the cheapest bike lock possible, and now for the 2nd time in about 2 weeks, half of a key is stuck in the lock, with the lock still on the bike. Does anyone happen to have some kind of big wirecutter-type thing I could borrow to get it off? (its a cable lock). Maybe you're a professional bike theif? Would a bike store be able to help me with this? Its only locked to itself, so I could carry it somewhere...
