We have two underground car parking spaces(only use one),and someone has asked us if she could rent it for a couple of days a week.
So my question is....is there a standard rate for spaces or do you just pick a number!!!!:hehe:
Oh we are in Thonex, not the centre of town,so not sure if that makes a differance :)

The parking rates for Geneva are found on http://www.geneve.ch/parkings
The nearest one to you would be Moillesulaz and they charge 100Chf per month for locals or 150chf if you live outside Thonex.. Whereas if you are in the city centre it can range from 200 to 400 a month..
Your apartment rental agreement should show the charges for your parking spaces and therefore give a better idea of how much to charge.

Hi,
to rent your parking space a couple days a week, the best is to use www.sharedparking.ch
When your parking space is vacant during the day, the night, few days per week etc you can rent it.
It's totally free
