I’m no longer up to date in this area, but I would imagine that the basic criteria are still a valid permit to reside and work or study in CH;  fluency in at least one national language, preferably two:  and accurate spoken and written English.

The industry has always been highly competitive so in today’s economic climate the number of qualified candidates outstrips the number of openings on offer.

However, it might be worth contacting Easyjet at the airport in Geneva to see if they are hiring staff.

Best wishes, R.
