Hi All! 

I have a question I need answered asap before I loose the apartment. So I have seen the apartment in person and signed sous location (sub-rental agreement). Everything looks above board.

I now have to transfer deposit and rent to the landlord. Who will set up the account block and send me a copy of this in 10 days. Is this correct? Im worried about sending this money (swiss account not western union). Then I get the keys few days later.

Is this correct. Do both parties need to be present to set up account block? It all seems ok I just want to double check with everyone out there that have gone through the same thing. I DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!
