time for me to post. for some unfortunate coincidence ... I need to fix my mailbox. the key doesn't work anymore and I can't open it - leaving all my mails lying in there and my bills not payed.
Does anyone knows where I need to go/who I can call for that??

you. Ask to speak to the people in "Service des Travaux" (responsible for all refurbishing of flats, little works, etc)and they will get an appointment with you to come and fix it.
