There are tours to the UN, but I'm not sure if you would see it.
You could ask here:
Tour fees
CHF 10 each for adults (for groups of 20 adults or more, there is a 20 per cent discount; for private tours for groups of one to 14 adults, the cost is CHF 150).
CHF 8 each for students, senior citizens and disabled persons.
CHF 5 for schoolchildren (free for children under the age of six).
